Procedures For
Sales Associates & Brokers
1. Complete the brokers or sales associates course
satisfactorily as required by the Florida Real Estate Commission.
2. Submit an application for the State Exam to the
Division Of Real Estate (DRE) with your payment for the application fee.
We will notarize your application here at the school at no additional charge.
You must then schedule your fingerprints to be taken at a convenient location.

You may submit your application to the state immediately
following your registration to our school.
3. The Division Of Real Estate will process and approve
your application to take the state exam. This process could take approx.
2 - 4 weeks. The private testing company will notify you with information
advising you how to schedule your examination.
4. Upon passing our school course class exam, you
will be given a letter of completion, which you will then take with you
to the testing facility and present it before taking the exam.
5. After passing our class exam and prior to sitting
for the state exam, you may take our state / class exam review class at
no extra charge. These are offered the last session of each class. You may
take this review as many times as you like for up to one year of completion
of our course.

You will need a minimum score of 75% to pass your state exam. You will receive
your results shortly after completion of the exam. If you would like to
activate your license immediately, you can do so right there at the exam
site by submitting a completed and signed change of status form (DRE form #RE-2050-1) to the testing
companys personnel.
If you hold an active real estate license in another state,
you may qualify under a different program. Ask your school administrator
for more information.
Broker applicants must have completed the
45 hour Post License Education Course and supply the DRE with proof when
submitting your application to take the Brokers State Examination.
