LUNCH & BREAK POLICY Applies to TWO WEEK DAY CLASS (9:00am to 2:00pm) only: The Division of Real Estate, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, defines an "hour" of instruction as 50 minutes. This entitles the class to several "breaks" during each class day. In addition, we take from 20 to 40 minutes after each chapter to complete the end of chapter questions. During these times, students can use the restrooms, snack and make telephone calls (outside, please). Drinks are permitted as long as they have a cover and are disposed of properly.
