This service is designed to assist brokers and brokerage firms in avoiding violations, fines and penalties arising from audits and spot checks from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. It will also reduce your associate liability by ensuring the proper use of required disclosures.

We will conduct a full audit, similar to what you can expect from the D.B.P.R.. Our audit will consist of 2 veteran licensed brokers and real estate instructors who will conduct a thorough inspection of your facilities, random files, advertising and marketing, etc.

While this inspection is taking place, a broker/instructor will be conducting a one hour training class for all your staff and associates, in the use and procedure of all required disclosures notices, including a full description of agency relationships.
